Despite the place being very busy, we managed to get a great table. The food was absolutely delicious and authentically prepared. The service, atmosphere, and staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend it!

Caught the sunset from a beach-facing table-absolutely worth the wait! I ordered the string green beans, vegan wontons, vegetable fried rice, chocolate dumplings, and orange iced tea. The vegan wontons and fried rice were the stars of the meal-flavorful and perfectly done. Highly recommend trying those. My wait time was around 45 minutes, but the food and view made it totally worth it.

I considered giving this location a 4 because of the tiny cucumbers they use. Smallest out of three locations I've been to. Small enough where I considered seeming them back. But everything else was so good, I couldn't knock it down a star. SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS. Timing is key because the wait times can be long so I suggest going for a late lunch. You'll wait about 5 min for a table of two, which is just enough to check off about 10 vegan items. Order a margarita and hand over your order slip to get the food rolling. Everything was great, but there's some items I would skip to save room for others l'd like two servings of. My must get Cucumbers (maybe two orders) Veggie with garlic (broccoli was my pic) Rice cake (MUST!) Spicy noodles and wontons (maybe two orders) Taro buns (nice for dessert) If you have room Steam dumplings Steamed buns (take one home and get it toasty in the air fryer) Happy Munchies, aVeganAndHer

Din Tai Fung never disappoints. Must try: pork xiao long bao and chocolate mochi xiao long bao for dessert. Not to worry if you haven’t tried soup dumplings before; there’s a placard with instructions on each table. I also recommend the pork chop fried rice, noodles with sesame sauce (very peanutty), wood ear mushroom appetizer (trust me!), shrimp and pork spicy wontons, and the red bean buns. Highly suggest making a reservation in advance because it’s a very popular place with a long wait time. Dishes and drinks are highly priced, but well worth it. We were served with kindness from the waiters and hosts. Go get your soup dumplings ASAP!!

The best juiciest freshest thin skin Xiao Long Bao anywhere. They do make them by hand as you can see through the window. I would say it's not just the balanced flavor, cooking method that makes this chain reliable and great but also their sourced ingredients. String beans are a staple in all Chinese restaurants. Lots of times, they are overcooked or they get the old stringy ones rather than the crunchy young ones. I challenge you to find a single overcooked or older stringy string beans in their string beans with a garlic dish. I've been looking for years now. Truly a great reliable chain that I haven't found one yet. I've been to the one in Shanghai, Beijing, then the original Arcadia one in CA, Torrance, and others. Their chicken soup is also super fresh and delicious. For some reason, this location in particular had very attractive young male wait staff. Do flirt a little while you're there.

Absolutely amazing restaurant – a true gem! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable seating that allows you to truly relax and enjoy your meal. The service was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every dish we ordered was spot on, crafted with attention to detail and full of flavor. One dish, in particular, stood out – it was served in a wooden tray and looked so good we ended up ordering it three more times! It was that delicious. The soup was also a highlight – rich, flavorful, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. If you’re looking for an authentic dining experience with incredible food and great service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended for food lovers who appreciate taste, presentation, and ambiance.

Excellent Service and Great tasting food is what you’ll find @ Din Tai Fung! Restaurant fills up rather quickly even with reservations so make them well in advance and show up early to your time. It’s always great to start with their Hot & Sour soup. Very delicious!! It’s large enough to share with someone. My FAVORITE dishes are 1) their Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork SPICY Wontons ... Love it so much I ordered 2 (8 pieces each) I’m addicted to the unique flavor of the spicy sauce which is perfectly absorbed by each wonton...Ultra delicious!!! 2) Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin!!! So amazingly TENDER and the sauce is full of rich flavor! If you like eating meat...It’s heavenly!! 3) Also incredibly amazing are their LONG BAO options: Chicken Xiao or Pork Xiao They are both a burst of flavor (orgasmic!!) with a special combination of protein & delicious soup inside Other family favorites are their Shrimp & Pork Dumplings or the Shrimp and Pork Shao Mai. Both are rich in flavor in their own unique way. Goes great with the 3 sauces at the table. Other GREAT choices are Chicken & Mushroom Buns (very tasty) Shrimp & Pork Potstickers (OMG good) Noodles w/ Spicy Sauce (delicious) Highly recommended!!

Our food was delicious as always! The Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao was excellent! But I think the sauce with the chicken spicy wontons was my favorite! The pear lychee martini was a great addition to the meal. Always a great experience!
